Let me say from the outset that you can never make enough money. The more you make the more you spend. Even if you had a million dollars sitting in front of you, you'd think of things to spend it on and eventually you'd have nothing left. After all you can't take it with you. At best you may be able to help your kids when they grow up. But don't count on them being grateful for all the hard effort you put into growing marijuana and making lots of money. They'll more than likely only abuse the privilege.

SEPARATE THE GROWING FROM THE SELLING: But it's hard when you've just grown a good crop and you are hard up for the cash. You got the dried heads coming in and you start making plans, what to spend the money on. Most people need the money straight away and end up having heaps of hassles trying to sell their dope when the market is flooded and pounds are going for $2,000 or less. If you can get to the stage after many years of growing where you can stash away your pounds for 6 months or more and more or less forget about it, then bring them out from storage when everyone is hanging out for it, then the selling bit is made very easy and hassle free. The only trouble with storing it is that it must be properly dried and kept absolutely dry and air tight. You should check on it say every few weeks to make sure all is well. Because believe me it can go fucking off real quick.

Having that stash of nicely dried pounds is better than money in the bank. But a lot of things can go wrong before you get that cold hard cash. And when you do get that cash safely buried at home ... ah what a feeling ... it gives a nice warm feeling in the stomach knowing that you've got that money and the tax man or the Department of Social Security or even the wife doesn't know anything about it. You've beaten the system.
